First lesson just turn up in comfortable clothing and bare feet! A course of 6 lessons is offered before taking out full membership.

Trainig times in Hoo. Monday 4.20-5pm Young low grades and 5-6pm Mixed grades. Wednesday 5.00-6.00 Mixed grades. 6pm-7pm High Grades

Training times in Istead. Tuesday 7-8pm Mixed grades
